What is consulting?
Consulting involves giving expert advice based on professional knowledge and experience. My work for the past 18 years has been successfully leading schools — both public and private — through periods of change. I can help you with leadership development, organizational culture, and strategic planning, among other topics. Together we will plan and implement improvements that will make you and your organization more successful.
What is coaching?
The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.” In coaching, YOU have all the answers.
